A selection of either Normandy oysters or from other regions, at any hour of the day, natural or in prepared dishes, harmoniously accompanied by the wines of the Loire, the oyster bar welcomes you into a bistro ambience, both chic and relaxed, for a delicious break in the heart of Normandy.
The gourmands will succumb to the seafood platter or the bistrot menu and will discover the seafood dish, cooked in the Honfleur fashion, as well as the "crème brûlée" made with a highly thickened cooked mix of milk and sugar. (A Normandy speciality)
